These terms apply to your use of the website at woshangjin.com (the “Site”) operated by WOSHANGJIN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15852392) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Services provided to clients are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work; where there is a conflict, that agreement takes precedence.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for information about our company and services. You may browse and print pages for your own business use. You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics and code, is owned by or licensed to WOSHANGJIN LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Trade names and logos of third parties belong to their respective owners.

3. Services

  • Descriptions of services on the Site are indicative and do not constitute an offer. All engagements are subject to a written proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties.
  • Fees, payment terms, deliverables, timelines and acceptance criteria are set out in the relevant agreement.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, while we retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how.
  • Software products published by WOSHANGJIN LTD are licensed under their own end-user licence terms provided at the point of purchase or download.

4. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions. Content may be changed without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOSHANGJIN LTD excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Liability in respect of client services is governed by the applicable services agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
