3. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, such as email hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing and accounting providers. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is located outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
4. Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Contract and financial records are retained for six years after the end of the relevant financial year, as required by UK law. Technical logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable.
